Beautiful genuine leather oversized armchair. Extremely comfortable. Between a cognac and saddle brown color. Natural cracks and texture. This is a genuine Rapallo Top Grain All Leather Chair from Costco (item #783244 $1249.99)...beautiful natural color with differences due to the natural hides used to make it. No damage or stains. Natural normal wear. In very, very good condition, but unfortunately daughter prefers something smaller (exact measurements 38”x40”x41” you can see the measurements listed on a picture) and we don’t have room for it in another room. $300 cash / Venmo / Apple Pay / Zelle / PayPal (Plus fees) / Square (Plus fees) * pickup in Fullerton near downtown. Chapman/Harbor. Not too heavy but two people needed to move the chair. Truck recommended for transport.
