Super cute boho handmade banner and One sign used for baby girls first birthday. I handmade the banner and bought the one sign separetly. Used to wrap around the highchair but can use the as a separate tutu as well! You can use little double side tape to stick it to the high chair. Only used once and in excellent condition.
