comes with the RAM in pic, 18gb / two CPUs, I think those are 2.8gig Xeon... original to the server ... SAS drive controller is included ... one power supply (can do two for redundancy) missing SAS drives and drive caddy are $5 each on ebay... otherwise ready to go / great for a home server, I run Ubuntu Linux on my other server which is exactly the same one... this is a spare i don't use... these don't actually make a lot of noise after boot, they are pretty quiet, fan speed and noise adjusts automatically based on load... the CD-ROM is not included... in this unit, just boot from a USB stick, easier for any new installs...
