Abandoned Box Truck

So it's a long story but basically this box truck was brought to my mom's property to be worked on for the owner it at some point and became a lost cause or abandoned project the owner has since moved out of state is not interested in anything to do with it but has never given us a title and the keys have been lost at this point my mom is being charged by the day and violation of the county for just being an unregistered vehicle in her yard we like to get as much as we can for it because the fees are are over $2,000 so far obviously because of the lack of keys and title we're having an issues having it removed so we're pretty much willing to take whatever anyone can offer as long as they're able to find a way to come and retrieve it
