A Total Gym Fit new out the box and tried twice. I still have the shipping box. I thought this type of gym equipment and having a semi/ frozen shoulder would allow me to exercise a different way. I found out didn’t work for me and a limited shoulder. Bands work better in order to stabilize my limited range rotator cuff:( My loss and your gain!
