Aftermarket headlights with special LED parking and turn lamps. Lights change from clear to amber when turn lamps are on. Go on eBay and look up speed_daddy (LED DRL) 2000-2006 Mercedes Benz S-class chrome housing projector headlamps. They sell for $323.88 new. I did not have the ability to properly install them. They have about 50 miles of usage. Figure double on shipping if needed. They only allow for size of one light on OfferUp.
