No shipping. No pets in the home. No smoking in the home. Just cleaned. Seat is about 31 inches. The pictures with the spots are the only pen marks I cleaned off. Cover shot shows it cleaned. I just sat here because it was comfy for WFH purposes. Both my husband and I sit in this recliner comfortably. No sit to stand. Feature. No heated seat . . . just super comfy . It breaks down into two pieces (see pics) for easy moving. It's not really heavy either. I move it around myself all the time. Please message me if you have questions or are interested in purchasing.
