Wife and I bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler unlimited from them, Excellent customer service. We had a minor issue with the rear end about two weeks after we purchased the car. They bought all the parts for us to get it fixed and back up and running. Trevor went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make things right! absolutely great would recommend if You’re looking for a quiet little dealership that will offer you not just a good selection of vehicles but amazing customer service look no further!

Maureen you were so prompt in responding, hard to find that kind of customer service these days! Easiest sale ever. I knew what I wanted and John made it happen. Jayden did me a solid with pre drive away maintenance, and Papa Tyrone (thx for the HU to the Food Cart place) is the glue holding this family run business together.
Even the glitches were fun. I might not need a new vehicle for a minute, but I know where I’M going if I do.

I just recently bought a car from here letting them know up front I transport my mother with stage 4 lung and brain cancer to crucial appointments as well as clients for work. The car they sold me was such a great car no issues ect. It's been one issue after the next and mind you I haven't even had it a month. The engine was replaced with we don't even know what engine other than it should be a V6 but has a 4 cylinder engine. So we don't even know what to buy parts for. It's not safe to take my mom anywhere in. It just randomly dies and the steering wheel locks up right in traffic. I can't turn the emergency flashers on because they were unplugged at some point and no plug to be found for it. It's almost caused an accident. The smell of gas that it has fills the inside of the car. It would be really nice if they were to make this right but I'm sure that's not going to be the case and I'm just stuck with it. ***Update I was never told this car was going to be for parts or a project car. I was told it ran great that this was a car they loaned out to people when needed ect. Like stated above they were well aware of my needs in a vehicle. Anyhow I received a call stating they would like to make it right but I needed to fill out a credit application. I stated that I don't have great credit hence  why I was paying cash. Anyhow Troy that I was told to call back I could never get a hold of and even one call was hung up on. I'm seeking legal help at this point.

I've never has any good experiences with a lot of places, but everyone at Creative Credit was extremely friendly honest and straight forward which to me is more important than the actual cars itself. I can't believe how great everyone there is, Annie went literally above and beyond for my needs and helped me find the car I felt was for me and that I am happy with. I'll always go and recommend that everyone goes through them. They have not only mine but my family's greatest gratitude and respect. Overall had the best experience I ever had and for that they will be the only place I will go to.
