We’ll cared for Starboard Kode 109 (2018). New Dakine Primo straps , 36 cm Maui Fin Company Freewave fin included. She’s Carbon and measures 231 cm long, 66.5 cm wide, and 109 liters. Tri or single fin. In this size I’ve always ridden it single fin with the straps outboard. In smaller sizes of the board I’ve ridden both ways (in this size I want to drag race and jump, single fin is the way for that……). As a tri she’d be slower but grip like hell. I’m 190 lbs and ridden her from my 5.4 (about 30 knots) up to my 6.8 (about 15 knots). She works well in all. She’s stiff and light, surprisingly stable (when schlogging) but scoots when powered. I defy you to show be a more smooth jibing board than the Kode (all years, all models). I’m addicted to them. Two very superficial scratches on the hull (in photos). Lazy ass loading one time on my part…….scraped on my booms.
