Let me start by saying Frank at USA Auto sales is the real deal. I purchased a 2016 cadillac escalade very clean and nice vehicle. I drove it had a slight miss in the motor and I brought it to the guys attention and they took care of it immediately.  I know you always run the risk of buying a used car but I explained to the guys at USA AUTO sales that I really wanted the vehicle for my family. Don't buy anything from these guys....  Complete liars!!!    And completely incompetent!    They told me I had to buy the warranty,...it's useless!!     So many things was wrong with the car.    Im mad about things they no doubt knew when they sold it.    Like all tire sensors are out.   Simple code read.   Oh it just needs air.    AC...  Oh it's just cold out but it works fine, power steering.....oh that's just because your tire pressure light is on.     I took it back to them 3 times to fix a rattle in my door.   They kept telling me it's fixed..   no!   You made it worse.   I put 6k down.     3 months later I'm another 5k in repairs.
