Twin over twin bunk bed with stairs and built in dresser. Includes an extension rail on the top bunk, to give it extra protection from rolling off. The stairs and the rails on top bunk have the most wear to the finish. There is space under the bed for storage or to add a trundle. Mattresses not included. Delivery available upon request for a fee One of the of the boards has a fracture. It’s still together, but is cracked. It is a peice that sand witches together between other peices. One of the peices is larger and goes up the length of it. Would act almost like a splint giving it more structure. See picture with red circle showing the peices that sandwich and the green line showing about where it is at. $150 obo
