19" CRT Color Spectrum CCTV by Optelec to aid in reading and writing for people with visual disabilities. It is in excellent working condition. This machine has been cleaned and tested and works 100% like new. The pictures on the monitor appear very sharp and clear. It is hard to take a picture with a camera of a TV screen without the picture looking distorted. But I assure you, the picture is sharp and perfect on the monitor. The Spectrum CCTV has manual focus, line marker, black on white, white on black and several color select video modes. The magnification range from 2.5 to 60 times. The Spectrum is very easy to use, by moving table and see information on the screen. The tray at the bottom moves and swivels in any direction with ease. It comes with its original user manual
