I want To express my warmest, gratitude, and appreciation to Jorge Schweizer at Crown Dodge and Jeep. I went in wary and skeptical of the car buying experience, and they can completely altered my entire perception of how this process can be completed. My truck was ransacked at the Oxnard location on the service lot and tools and personnel items were stolen. Dealership basically told me not their problem.  I filed a police report and found out multiple cars was broken into on the property. They do not lock your doors overnight and made customer cars an easy target. Added pictures of how i found my truck and an itemized list of what was stolen. I will never use them again.

Great experience with these guys. Walked me through the process and very fair negotiation. Zack in sales was helpful and Mark in finance was super helpful in figuring out the payment options that worked best for me. Loving my Ram 1500 so far.
