Vintage Black Boy & Goose Bisque Figurine, “Early Bird Catches The Worm”, 1940s, Occupied Japan Manitou Souvenir, good Condition 1940s porcelain figurine featuring African American boy with a white bird. The boy is dressed in red and white, and he's leaning against a fence. The base he and the bird stand on is tan. The base reads "The early bird gets the worm". The writing has worn off in some places, see photos, priced accordingly. This piece is in great condition with no chips or cracks. There are some areas of worn paint, commonly seen in these figurines. The chippy paint adds to the character! This piece measures approx 2" L x 1" W x 3" H.
