Marlon was incredibly helpful in finding my cousin the perfect car. He took the time to listen to what we needed, explained everything clearly, and never pressured us to rush a decision. The buying process started off fine — the staff were okay, though a bit pushy about wanting me to finance through them instead of my own bank. But after the sale, everything went downhill.

It took them a full month to send my paperwork to the DMV, and that only happened after I called to complain about it. When I went in for another temp plate since mine expired from their delay, they blamed a “third party” for the holdup. Sounds like they should have stayed on top of their third party and making sure they sent in the DMV paperwork on time.
Then I found out they even listed the wrong bank as my lienholder! Kind of an important thing to get right seeing how my bank needs the title, not a random bank I have never even used before.

They never answer their phones, depending on which extention you call you either get a message saying they dont have a voicemail set up, or the voicemail is full, so you have no choice but to leave a voicemail for the one extention that actually has a voicemail option. They seem to avoid accountability, and overall come across as completely unprofessional once they realized they made a mistake. I was willing to just let it go after they took a month to send everything over to the DMV, but now this mistake of putting the wrong bank has gotten me super annoyed. I’ve never had this kind of headache buying a car before, and I’ll never purchase from this dealership again.

Since they don’t seem to know how to answer their phones, I decided to write this review instead — maybe they’ll respond to this, since a few phone calls and a voicemail clearly don’t get their attention.

I have never been so impressed by an auto dealership. They have a wide variety of great choices. My son is a first time buyer and Marlon made it happen and the time and care that was giver was amazing . He even turned the AC down because my grandson was cold also supplied the sweater to keep him warm.  Thank you Marlon and Cindy see you next week because I'm definitely coming back for a purchase .❤️❤️
