1995 Rockwood Pop Up Camper

For sale is a 1995 Rockwood 12.5' pop up camper. Interior is in great shape with one small tear in one of the mattresses. I was told by the previous owner when I bought it that the heater doesn't work but the AC unit does. Exterior is in decent shape but not perfect by any means, the camper is 24 years old. The axle and frame are good and sturdy and the tires are in good shape as well and comes with a spare. The only issue is that it currently does not go all the way down, it seems to be an issue with the linkage under the camper, I was able to get the front to come down as you can see in the pictures but not the rear. The wood on the driver side top needs to be replaced as well, I bought it this way thinking I would be able to fix it myself. It would make a nice camper for someone who has the time and means to fix it up, which I thought I did but I was wrong. It would also make a good trailer if someone wanted to demo the camper. I have the title in hand ready to go just trying to get my money back on it. It's a good price and with a little work would be a decent little camper
