Manufactured in 1980 in Japan, recently restrung works perfect, has small chips on the back of the body, but other than that it is a beautiful sounding bass that has been well cared for. Action has been perfectly adjusted for no string buzz, strings are Ernie Ball 2834 Extra Slinky Standard round wound strings. Can throw In a stand, cable and amplifier if wanted
