2003 Pace American Toy Hauler 36ft. 9400lbs empty. I have all the original paperwork and manuals. Everything has been updated on the inside and everything works great. Fridge is gas or electric. AC blows cold. Good size shower. Basically brand new queen mattress that’s had a mattress protector on it since day one. Garage specs are as follows: 14’10” long, 78” between wheel wells, back door opening is 82” wide and 80” tall (barn doors, not ramp door), the narrowest part of the whole garage would be 77” between the fold down couch and the wheel well. There is a set of dinette style couches that fold up and down to make a bed as well as a jackknife couch that also makes a bed. Either could be moved if the extra space is needed. 55” smart TV and E track throughout. The exterior is in overall great shape but does have some imperfections. The trailer doesn’t have any leaks or soft spots and is built very sturdy. New batteries. Tires are good. Trailer is 100% ready to roll. Title in hand.
