The 2nd photo is our ball next to a Lexus IS250 to show size perspective. The size and quality of our WOW ball (Walk on Water ball) sells new for around $300, including tax. The other photos are off the internet and some may be smaller size balls. I know this looks like a fun SUMMERTIME toy, and it most definitely is, but surprisingly it's even better in cold weather because you can stay inside longer (in summer you get hot faster) At one time we had 6 of them and used them several times on Mission Bay for our kids' birthday parties, when relatives came to visit, and when we went camping near water. Only 1 available. 2 extra things are required to operate this recreational toy: you need an inflator and a long rope. I am not supplying those. The most ideal inflator is a cordless electric leaf blower if you plan to use it on a shore or away from an electrical outlet. You must use this watercraft responsibly. Adult supervision is required to stay safe. The ideal situation is having 2 people (can be 1 adult & 1 kid) doing the work of getting the riders launched. Here is how you operate it: 1) 1 or 2 people can go inside at the same time 2) Securely tie a long rope to the exterior rope loop 3) Lay the uninflaed ball on the ground near the shore (or not, if you want to walk it to the water) with the large opening facing towards the operators 4) The rider/s back inside in a crouched position with their hands covering their ears, while 1 operator keeps the large opening open 5) While the 1st operator keeps holding it open, the other operator points the leaf blower nozel inside and starts filling the ball with air 6) As the ball fills with air, the first operator starts to zip up the zipper, eventually closing the plastic industrial zipper completely when the ball is fully expanded to 6.6 feet tall (the leaf blower nozzle is pulled out as the zipper closes) 7) The operator/s press down on the heavy velcro closure that protects the zipper 8) The rider/s stand up and walk themselves into the water while one operator keeps ahold of the end of the rope (the rope must never be let go unless you tie it to something on the shore) 9) In summer, the riders will probably want to come out in about 15 minutes because it's challenging to master walking, and they get hot. In winter, they can stay in as long as an hour for 1 person or 30 minutes for 2 people 10) When they signal, the operator pulls them to shore with the rope 11) When you get home, you will want to rinse the sand off with a hose and let it dry in the sun before storing For extra safety (I'm one of those moms!!) we always brought a box cutter with us, but we never needed it on any of the many times we used all of the balls. The zippers are very chunky and high quality - designed for this use. This is a very high quality Walk on Water ball made from thick pliable commercial grade PVC material and has a TIZIP German zipper. It inflates to 6.6 feet tall. Lots of fun.
