1983 BMW R100 Airhead Custom Bobber

Up for sale is this beautiful fully custom built 1983 BMW R100! Many rebuilt, modifications and new upgrades to make this build unique. Below is a list of modifications and parts used for this build: Complete strip down to bare frame, welded on rear seat and powder coated satin black. Complete top end of engine rebuilt - Nikasil cylinders honed, new piston rings, gaskets and pushrod seals. Heads rebuilt by Randy Long of Long’s Engineering in PA. ‘Old school’ style valve covers. Ceramic coated 2-into-1 exhaust with performance muffler. Carbs rebuilt and cone air cleaners added. New throttle cables and retro style choke cables added. The majority of electrical system new including charging system, regulator, coils, plugs, wires and most of the relays. LED taillight and turn signals and a new battery installed. Custom paint on tank with new BMW decals and a Monza style racing gas cap. Also new petcocks and fuel line. Custom black leather seat. Custom rear shocks. Front forks rebuilt and shortened 2”.
