Excellent buying experience!
The car looks like new, in perfect condition. Ando, the seller, was open and honest, with no hidden issues — all the paperwork was in order. Despite the deal being remote (and some initial nerves), everything went incredibly smoothly and quickly. I’m very happy with the purchase! Highly recommend — I’d give it 100 out of 10

Very very unhappy. Everytime I call nobody seems to be able to answer. I financed a 2013 Dodge Avenger in January of this year and it spends more time as a paperweight than a vehicle. I feel like I was scammed they sold me a useless vehicle and an even more useless warranty that refuses to cover any of the issues that have occurred with this vehicle with the exception of a $15 fuse. I hate having to post a negative review but since nobody can answer the phone to address the issues I have no other way. I’ll be contacting the finance company and better business bureau next if I have to. Really sad considering I did enjoy the experience while I was there buying it.

Dont buy from here! They sold me a jeep with oversized tires had complete engine  failure and the extended warranty i bought on top of the vehicle for piece of mind was never a valid warranty and was denied due to the tires and they knew it wouldnt so they frauded me or there ignorant to their own extended warranty so either due to negligence or just straight up fraud they need to make this right. I had the pleasure of meeting Mark after corresponding with me for about a week while I obtain my auto loan through our credit union. I was very concerned about purchasing my car online for the first time. We found our car on CarGurus. However, both Mark & Brian were great & made it very comfortable by explaining & answering all questions.
I was shopping for another Toyota Avalon since the last one I purchased was in 1999. After searching for about 2 months, my husband found my perfect car. He had all my documents ready for us to sign when we arrived from Northern California. They handled my transaction efficiently. My husband & I were done in less then 20 minutes.  My Toyota had everything I expected plus more.  They were all very polite, respectful and efficient.
