1994 Avion 5th wheel. MSRP was around $80k+. This thing is pretty solid for the year. EVERYTHING works without issue, including: AC, Heater Fans, LPG Heat, Fridge, Freezer, Stove, Oven, Slide-outs, Hot Water Heater, Lights, Stereo, etc. It has an internal generator, as far as I know it hasn’t been ran in years. I haven’t tried. Pros: Everything works. No leaks. Parked under carport most of its life. No smokers or smoking in the trailer. Beautiful wood/glass trim in good condition. 90s nostalgia. CLEAN TITLE IN HAND, as well as misc. paper work from prev. owners. Cons: Small water stain on kitchen flooring.. purely cosmetic. No mold. Smells like a 94. But not bad, just normal age smell. Last owner lost the master key(s)—needs a new door lock assembly (around $30 on Amazon), as well as new storage compartment locks. Bedroom roof vent housing cracked on outside. It’s covered with a temporary so does not leak. Have a new vent cover, just have not installed it yet. Included furniture: Couch bed, his/hers chairs (rocker and recliner), kitchen table/chairs, pillow top queen mattress (like new condition), extra table in picture. $7500—AS IS—open to trades and willing to negotiate, but let’s be reasonable. Interested in truck or 4x4 rig—Grand Cherokee without issues—let me know what you have.
