This trailer has a built in queen sized bed in the rear cabin, reclaimed hardwood flooring and the bench and table have been removed and replaced with a small, stylish dinette. The entry area and kitchen feel spacious. I have some supplies for more upgrades that I was working on that are included with the sale. This trailer is nearly 50 years old and some of the original appliances should be looked at. I know that the refrigerator does not maintain temperature. The buyer will want to install a new toilet, as I removed the original one for a composting toilet that is not included in the sale. The stove and oven work great and a big buddy propane heater that I fitted to the line going to the original heater is included in the sale price if the buyer wants it. The electric is in perfect condition. The biggest repair needed on this camper is the water pipe beneath the kitchen area need to be upgraded. If you are seriously interested, I recommend you speak with an RV repair person about how much that might cost to fix. The asking price is negotiable. This trailer is about 2 days from being an immaculate and well finished ADU or tiny home. It is comfy as is! This trailer has recently traveled and the tires are good. No water damage, mold or mildew. This trailer is located 2 hours east of Portland, outside of Goldendale WA.
