Must go make reasonable offer Costco commercial leather couch, very heavy very sturdy. Memory foam and leather, super comfortable. No rips, tears, or holes. The bar across the front bottom is cracked, can be repaired but isn't obvious and doesn't't affect usage or comfort . This is a great couch, but doesn't fit in my new living room so I need to sell it ASAP. Located in central Hollywood Make a reasonable offer. Cannot deliver.
