This ceramic figurine was issued in 1982 by The Norman Rockwell Museum, Inc. and is based on Rockwell's final magazine cover illustration, which appeared in the July 1976 issue of American Artist magazine. The original artwork was created to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the United States. Commemorative plate also available.
