Description

2013 Government Issue Series I Explorer! Only 500 made with wood that was seized by the U.S. Government and later returned to Gibson. Has an aftermarket pick guard on it, I still have the original that I removed in order to keep it in perfect condition. I have all the paperwork and certainly from Gibson. Upgraded Woodbrain hand wound pickups (which are no longer available) and they sound absolutely amazing! This guitar has been gigged heavily but in overall great condition. The gig wear and tear adds character. If you know Gibson then you know. Hate to let it go but I’m retired from music and never play it anymore. Would love to send it to someone who knows what they’re getting, and will get some use from it. It deserves to be on stage. Lots of stories and lots of crowds in this guitars past. Happy to send more pics and details upon request. Comes with the original hard case from Gibson.
