Very nice fabric ornament Does have two stains in it from the grandbaby However, can be shampooed out as I shampoo it every two months didn’t do it this time because I knew I was changing the decor in my living room room There are no rips or tears inside or out Opens and close without any issues as it does have hinges on both sides that allow it to stand up while storing things without falling down, I will steam claim it prior to Pick Up to remove the two stains like I said, didn’t worry about it this time because I knew I was changing the decor Other than that, the ornament is in great shape as it has been in my living room Selling as is in regards to the stain like I said, I can steam clean prior just to show that it comes out without any problem Willing to negotiate on price within reason Was used in my living room for extra seating and placing small items to store in storage bin very comfortable. Don’t have the exact measurements at the time, but I will consider it to be medium. It is not extremely high nor is it extremely low probably would . Can sit up to three people easily.
