Description

Locke 25" reel mower (not running). From 1946. Heavy cast iron. Partially restored. Cuts at about 1"(not adjustable without different "shoes"). Briggs and Stratton 5hp, 6:1 reduction geared motor (seized). Re-carburetored with a honda (gc-160?). Custom stainless exhaust with Powell styled muffler (hand made). Comes with a bunch of parts. This brand of mowers was used at the white house lawns for many years. I had the engine freeze when idling the mower and got distracted by my child. Now it won't turn over.
