I recently purchased a used car from Bob Grimm Chevrolet and worked with Roman Bauman. The entire experience was excellent. From the beginning, I made it clear that I did not want any add-ons, and Roman respected that request without any pressure. The process was straightforward, professional, and exactly what I hoped for. I appreciate the honesty and transparency throughout the purchase. Not just this experience but every experience that I’ve had with Bob Grim in Morton Il, has been pretty amazing right down to when I purchased my truck. They made sure that I had exactly what I needed for the work that my fiancé’s business is doing. Anytime that I’ve needed service on my truck, they’ve been able to either fit me in the same day or schedule an appointment shortly thereafter. The people that I’ve had the chance to worked with have always been very informative and didn’t try selling me product that I didn’t need. They’ve always been very customer friendly and very knowledgeable about their job. All in all I would give them a 10 out of 10 on customer service, product, and the family friendly environment while either waiting on your service or even if you decide to have them take you home while they’re working on your vehicle and come back and pick you up to return you to the dealership outstanding Family/business to work with. The final thing that I would like to point out is that I have noticed that every time I’ve been there they have had faith based music playing over their intercom system. That in it self may not mean a lot to some, but most people who notice are very happy with their choice’s to do business with a faith based family are very happy to do return service and recommend Bob Grim to their family and friends!!!

We recently purchased our 4th vehicle from Bob Grimm Chevrolet.  Although our former favorite salesman has retired, we enjoyed working with Roman Bauman this time.  He was very responsive, and easy to work with.  Go see Roman if you need a new or "new to you" vehicle.

Jon was very responsive to helping us find the best deal working between financing options and rebates. Quick to answer willing to stay late to accommodate our work schedules . Was  definitely worth the drive !
