Description

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW: ***YES, IT'S STILL AVAILABLE, SO PLEASE DON'T SEND ME THAT AUTO-QUESTION. IF THE ADD IS UP, IT'S READY FOR YOU TO COME AND LOOK AT*** Important basics- This is a 1993 Rockwood 27ft RV with 65,700 miles on it and I have the clean title in-hand and ready to transfer into your name. It sits on the Ford Econoline 350 engine/body. History- My Dad bought this RV in 2016 and it's been sitting in his backyard ever since. So it has really not been driven consistently in 10 years. Engine/Drivability- It starts up, but idles rough, runs rough, and seems to shift rough. Probably due to the fact that it hasn't been run in such a long time. Could definitely use a "once over" by a mechanic. Brakes are brand new and are good. Tires are okay, but they're old, so they should probably be replaced sooner than later. All the lights and signals work as they should. I have started it up and driven it around the block a few times, but only have gotten it up to about 40mph and have never taken it on the freeway. ***I CANNOT GUARENTEE THIS RV WILL MAKE ANY SORT OF LONG DISTANCE TRIP AND I OFFER NO WARRANTIES OR GUARENTEES*** Interior/Exterior/Functionality- The fridge is broken and needs to be replaced, the stove works to the best of my knowledge, so does the A/C. My Dad removed the onboard generator off it, so that's gone. Definitely no water leak problems because my Dad coated it three times with a sealant on the roof and then put a tarp over it. If you put this thing upside down in the Pacific, it would probably make for a nice boat! ***PRICE IS $3,000 O.B.O.*** ***NO I WON'T FINANCE THIS, SO PLEASE DON'T ASK IF I'LL TAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS***
