Description

I will be cleaning out a storage unit, we moved out of state and no longer need the items. I have one XL recliner that was never used used, one that was gently used and a reclining sofa. The sofa does have a small tear in the fabric on one seat, which could possibly be patched? It is cosmetic it doesn't affect anything other than that and if you put a cover on it you'd never know. The items were used approx 4-6 months. They are basically new. We paid $858 each for chairs and $1470 for the sofa. I'd like to get $1000 for the 3 pieces together or $450 for the new chair, $350 for the gently used chair and $350 for the sofa. I will be in Grand Junction, CO the first week of June to clear out the storage unit, so local pick up only. Message me if interested or any questions.
