Hello, and welcome to the listing! This is a refurbished Microsoft Surface pro. I am not sure which generation or model, but I think it’s 5 or 6. model: 1807 It is in normal/working condition, simply the screen is pretty severely scratched, not cracked though! I will have it fully charged when sold. It has 256GB storage, but please refer to the photos for any and all info because I don’t much else about it! There is no keyboard or charger to go with it. If you are a tech whiz you can probably figure out how to optimally clear it’s storage and make it run better, and give it some updates it may need. However, we have not been able to factory reset it and remove the prior Microsoft email account used for it, because the screen freezes whenever we reach the blue page that says “Reset this PC”. I am not a computer professional to be able to figure it out nor my gamer son who is very techy cannot figure out how to fix this problem. You can still add your own account and use it. I will provide the pin to gain access. It was used only for watching YouTube and playing Roblox.
