My first couple of trips to AutoNation did not go as planned. Unfortunately, the sales associates I dealt with at first didn’t seem interested in making a deal or even believe I had the credit to do so. Part of this is because I refuse to run my credit until we’ve worked out the numbers.

Thankfully, after some frustration with those initial experiences, I met Darryl Colona, who turned out to be a wonderful salesperson. When I moved from the new car side over to the used car side, the difference was night and day. Everyone there was awesome, from the finance manager to the sales associate and sales manager.

I got exactly what I was looking for. The whole process was smooth, and Darryl handled everything through text at my request. By the time I pulled up on my way to Mobile, Alabama, it was truly sign and drive. We were there maybe two hours, the fastest car purchase I’ve ever had, and I’ve bought many vehicles in my life.

Thanks to the great team on the used side, I didn’t head over to Panama City Toyota, which had a similar vehicle. I had planned on buying new, but the sales associates there simply wouldn’t give me the time of day or even talk about the numbers. They flat-out said they were the cheapest in town, take it or leave it. Instead, I purchased a 2024 Bronco, not a cheap vehicle by any means, and I couldn’t be happier.

I almost never leave reviews but feel the need to after my experience. I would not recommend buying from here. I’ve boughten 6 cars from dealerships before and this was the worst experience. I understand wanting to make a profit but they wouldn’t even negotiate with me for a fair sale, even as a returning customer as my husband also bought his truck through them two years ago. The trade in value they offered me wasn’t even up to value of blue book. I ended up selling my vehicle to carvana for $8000 more than what they offered me. They then tried to tell me they were selling the vehicle under value, except when I put it into blue book they were actually selling it above value. Upon completion of the sale, they told me they were taking the vehicle back to detail, and when I got it, it was covered in water marks and lubrication grease left all over the seats. I even found what appeared to be dried up oil on two of the windows and doors. The undercarriage and rear window also looked like it went through the Sahara desert to get here, it was covered in orange sand. Not impressed at all. I didn’t even get a thank you for my business.

I live in North Carolina. I couldn’t find a dealership up here that would return a phone call let alone going to the dealership 4 times and begging them to do business with me. I found this vehicle online(color was very hard to find) and sent the dealership a message and they were ready to do business. The next morning Mr Pasha called me right away and we had the deal done very quickly! Best transaction I have ever had. The Sales Manager as well as the General Manger both reached out to me to make sure my EXPERIENCE was the BEST!  They don’t just sell cars but they deliver an all around great experience for the customer. It was shipped right to my doorstep!
