Clean trailer. Loved having it. Queen/full size beds. Table convers to bed and bench converts to bed. No rips on canvas, windows or zippers. Exterior in good condition. 1 small patch on hard roof. No leaks. Cook top, water heater, sink, electrical, outdoor shower all work. Heater runs well but doesn't get hot. Can demonstrate all. Pink in hand. No low ball offers. Not desperate to sell. GVW 2140lbs. Easy to tow with suv, or small truck.
