Windsign Plastic Moveable Sidewalk Sign

Windsign Plastic Moveable Sidewalk Sign. These things retail for $300-500 brand new. This is not brand new, it has been used and slightly abused. The cap on the base has gone missing. And it appears someone took their anger out on the base. The good news is once the sign is upright, you can't even tell. You can see in the pictures that the damage has left the base unable to hold sand, we've been using river rocks from the dollar store. Couple of bags and you're good to go! Otherwise the signs of wear and tear are very minimal, nothing noticeable from more than 3 ft away. Asking $100 OBO -Plastic base has 2 built in wheels and is lightweight enough that it's easily moved from place to place, but can be filled with sand so the wind doesn't take it down the street. -Fits Coroplast signs (or similar up) to 3/16" thick.
