This is a ‘99 Damon Intruder and the model is the 349. It’s a 36ft Class RV. I was in the process of renovating it and decided that it’s too big of a project and I would like to purchase something smaller. It has brand new water resistant LVP flooring. Brand new tile on the walls and floor of the bathroom. All of the cabinet doors in the living room area and the kitchen have been painted but not put back on yet. The motor of the RV runs great. It has 67,000 original miles on the Triton V10 motor. The tires are like new, as they have less than 1000 miles on them. It plugs up to 50amp power when parked, and the connections are in great condition. Both AC units work great. All of the kitchen appliances work perfectly. The fridge is basically brand new. It has a slide out in the living room and a slide out in the bedroom and they both work great! The tanks and plumbing are in great condition. It has an ONAN 5500w generator that works great. It just needs some routine maintenance because it has not been ran in a while. You can keep the current furniture in the RV because it’s in good condition. Or you can update it to something a little more modern looking. With a little bit more work, this RV will be fully updated and road ready, or ready to be lived in.
