Excellent condition. Had them for a few months when we were living in an apartment. Moved to a house now that has bar height counter so these chairs have to go. retail price for each chair was 499$. One chair cracked on the side (see picture) but is already fixed with wood glue that can hold up to 270lbs. But anyway, that crack chair is for free, thus asking 125$ for both
