2023 ATC Raven 6x12 custom off/on grid custom camper. This camper was built by my dad but sadly he passed away in October. He put his heart and soul into this camper and hoping someone else will be able to use it like he intended. This trailer has everything you need for camping off or on grid. Trailer is fully INSULATED including the floor, single memory foam bed with storage underneath, sink with fresh water tank and grey water tank, lights and 12v cooler/freezer run off a 12v lipo battery and fully charged will last 5 days, has a built in charger which can be charged by land power , solar, or generator. Has a 12v inverter and when hooked up to land power has separate lights and outlets, tons of storage, has a room in the front for a bucket toilet and could be turned into a shower, the back door comes down and can be used as a deck and has a cover so you're good from rain and sun, tires where upgraded to a better rating load tire, has a 2 place propane tank holder tanks included, also comes with a year old champion 2200 dual fuel generator, comes with tons of extra stuff as well. I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton of stuff. If interested in looking at it i can bring it to portage mi.(currently at our property in Baldwin mi). This trailer is ready to go camping. My dad spent all last winter in Arizona on BLM land. You won't be disappointed as my dad did and amazing job building it.
