Up for sale a 3 pc (couch, love seat and recliner)microfiber living room set. All pieces recline and very comfortable. The fabricic has been treated and has life time warranty to stay stain free. I have paid about $2000 for the set from Art Van. They are clean, sturdy and have been used very minimal. Warranty says if you get a stain on any of the furniture and you can't remove it, they will send a professional to come and remove it or they will replace for free. No pets ever on any furniture. I am asking $399
