This is an extremely rare, retired , in great condition American Girl Doll tree house . I took down my daughter’s doll room, finally ready to part with it . Had displayed since 2009 everything shown is included . The only thing it’s missing from original is the tiny paper photos it came with . ( as shown in stock photo ) This is a large piece it’s a little over 3 feet tall with branches extended can be a little over 3 feet wide also , the branches do come off for transporting .
