As you work out, iFIT tracks your performance and automatically changes the 16 resistance levels to exactly what you need, so every workout is personalized to you. The two-sided pedals offer SPD clips for cycling shoes or toe cages for athletic shoes. The device shelf can fit a phone or tablet, and your devices connect easily to the bike with Bluetooth.
