Overall pretty good condition. One of the couches has some pokes in the leather, and the ottoman does as well. Tried to photograph flaws. Priced cheap to move quickly- you will need to remove them so bring some strong humans! Couch 86” L 40” D 35” H Ottoman 47” L 24” W 19” H
