The carrier is locked to T-Mobile, I received this as a gift, but it was recently cut off, you can only use this device with WiFi so far. I’ve tried to contact T-Mobile to see if I can unlock it but I’m not longer in contact with the admin of the account. The phone is still useable and paid off but the phone only works with wifi, I can see this good for a child and you want to get them a doomscrolling device, or for someone looking for parts, either or I’m in no rush and will keep it.
