I recently purchased an Audi Q3 from Power Motors NYC in Queens.  From the moment I made an inquiry, the staff were extremely responsive and professional without a hint of pressure. I was traveling abroad and had several phone calls, text messages, and email conversations with members of the staff. When I finally made it into the showroom, Danzel T. was assigned as my sales associate. I appreciate that Danzel acknowledged that I was a previous Audi owner and had done extensive research on the vehicle. Amazing experience. From the moment I walked in til the moment I left the energy was amazing. I am sick and tired of calling this Place. They welcoming and helpful at first but now it's hard to get answer. After purchasing a car January 11,22 before signing the last paper work to leave with the car I realized there is a crack on the right side mirror cover. Josh took a pic  that night and told me that they will take care of it. Two months passed, I decided to visit them. David told me they purchased the mirror and  it's on the way and never contacted me after all. I went over there yesterday (04/13/22) to have a better understanding of the situation but a waste of time. So now i  have to pay $475 for the all mirror to be change. After spoking with Jess  2 days ago, she said that her manager never say that he was going to fix it unless i have it in writing then it's a cosmetic issue that the dealer does not have to fix. I do understand it's a used car but at least have more patient to be more clear so that everyone could be on the same page and please pick up the phone.
I called 6 times today 04/14/22 to speak to someone but no answers." I wish I had a time machine"..….. and i bet y'all treat me this way cause of my skin color. The owner needs to be more pleasant and entertaining.
