Flour Power; Antique General Store Tin One Sided Advertising Sign: Signs are tricky to buy these days. There are so many fakes and reproductions that sometimes it’s just hard to know what is genuine and what’s fake. This general store flour advertising sign is definitely the real deal. Made of tin, it would’ve been tacked onto the wall of the general store to entice buyers to buy the product. It does have some rust and minor folding but it’s definitely got the look especially if you’re into rustic and primitive decor. Measures 14” x 22” so it won’t take up too much wall space. All signs have gone up in price. There’s a little show about two guys driving around the country in a van that I think helped contribute to the high prices on signs but I don’t know. They are cool. This one is priced more than reasonably at $115. I’ve seen antique tin signs at the swap meet go $200+. I don’t hold, ship, deliver, trade, make exchanges, or take returns.
