It's part of Crown's D series, which are considered one of the company's most affordable and longest-standing amplifier lines. The D-75A is well-suited for use in recording studios, video suites, and small paging systems, and it can also be used as a headphone amp. This amp is commonly used to power Auratone 5C and Avantone Mixcubes passive reference monitors. Detented controls are very useful for level matching in a studio referencing application.
