2007 Keystone Outback

2007 Keystone Outback Travel Trailer I've owned this for about 7years. It has been great for us. It is now too big for our family as my kids are moving out. We've used this year round and it does great in all weather (even single digit weather while skiing). It is 28 feet long closed up and then probably 33 ft when the slide it out the rear. 2 slide outs (rear is manual, side is motorized) Sleeps 9 (2 sets of bunk beds. Table folds to almost a queen, couch, Queen Bed in back. Things Ive done to it. New Canvas on awning (19') New Cabinet Doors Rerouted water lines so then run inside the camper Fresh/black/gray tank heaters (just plug in and they prevent the tanks from freezing Air fan into "basement" to get warm air underneath Access hole into bathroom for flushing toilet with exterior hose. New gaskets around ceiling vents New propane regulator with auto switch Rubber coated the roof with fresh layer. New tires 3 years ago...I keep them covered. Features: Water heater was new when I bought it ... Electric and Gas AC works great - vents throughout the trailer Heater works great 2 propane tanks. Dual fuel Fridge (electric/gas) 3 burner stove and oven 32in TV Aluminum Frame Lots of Storage (pass through, under table seats, closets, and more) Also comes with Weight Distribution Hitch. Dry weight is 5980 and GVWR is 7760. I pull with an Expedition with HD tow package. Full disclosure: There was a leak above the shower... Repaired it from underneath and resealed the roof to fix seam leak. This was about 2 years ago. No more leak Leak at the front seam. Resealed and it replaced some ceiling wood in the bunk room. No more leak and wood is solid. We are using it the first week in August but it is available for sale after that.
