I purchase a car from this place beginning of march ( 2017 Cadillac ats ) we are now in June and my car is already at at repair shop for transmission problems I have to get the entire transmission repaired however the lady told me the car had zero issues except for a hub which was minor i agreed and said ok that’s an easy fix. now I called her response was she get the cars from an auction we can not predict when the car will start having issues BUT you also said the car had been serviced by your mechanics and it was nothing wrong with the car but the minor issue of the hub which I’m like ok that’s ok I can get that fixed on my own. I called up there asking what was all done to the car a few days ago because at the time of purchasing she assured me there was nothing  wrong with the  car.  when the car started having problems I had a mechanic come out and look at it he felt it needed transmission fluid as our first step when adding the transmission fluid he explained there were metal shavings at the bottom indicating the  they used a temporary fix which was lucas to get a couple months out the car before the transmission actually went out I explained that to the lady she was quiet then I broke the silence and said well ok that’s what you guys do temporary fixes then leave customers with the problem then hung up in her face ! I don’t want to hear nothing about that we can’t predict stuff when you assured there was NOTHING wrong with the car ! At that moment you predicted it was a good car so they can miss me with that i towed my car to another mechanic to which my mom and I had been using for years mind you I come from a family full of Cadillacs down to the most recent to the old my mom has 4 newest one being the lyric. she had a 2005 Cadillac Cts for over 20 years before it went out on its on she always keep up with her cars so you can’t tell me Cadillacs are horrible cars the maintenance are just high on them when needs to be serviced thank god for our mechanic who is going to repair it that Right way and not a temporary fix. Now lady if your going to sell a car AS IT make sure everything is disclosed when purchasing not what you want someone to hear to get a simple Sell and let the customer determine if they want to deal with the headache or not or just go with another car on your lot ! When you say as is u told me everything that is wrong with the car or may will happen since you got the car serviced at your guys dealer mechanic that YOU used so you should know what all was gone to the car and let the customer know so the customer can make that determination and handle accordingly.
