This was the 1st time my wife & I were purchasing a used car (2021 BMW M440i) in over 30 years. We typically buy new cars, but my wife fell in love with the color of this particular convertible.
We were anticipating a “less than” experience because we were looking at a used car, but the way we were treated by our salesperson Ali - you would have thought we were buying the most expensive new car on the lot. He was fantastic and extremely pleasant to work with. The car had some paint issues on the front bumper and all four rims had road rash, but Ali was able to convince his manager to have the dealership do the necessary repairs the following day for free. Thanks Ali - you da man !!

Typically, working with any car dealership’s finance dept. is usually a nightmare, but again we were pleasantly surprised by our interaction with Sam in finance. No high pressure pitch for services we didn’t need or want. We were able to pick from a customized menu of service plans that will hopefully make buying this used car as safe & reliable as a new one. Job well done Sam.

We dropped the car off the next day at the service dept. to have the paint issues resolved. Our service consultant Chris let us know it would be a few days to get the paint & rim issues resolved. He called us on the day we’re supposed to pick up the car to let us know that it wasn’t going to be ready until the following day. The next day he promptly called us to come pickup the car as promised.
The quality of the repair work and the constant communication from Chris to keep us in the loop about the status of the car was outstanding.

To sum things up, this was one of the best car buying experiences that we have had. We have worked with so many dealerships over the years and this place is now our new #1.

Mercedes of Wesley Chapel diagnosed a check engine light on our C63 AMG. They quoted a repair cost of $1378.29, the technician told me that the issue was a check valve in the emissions system, the part was only 30 some dollars but that it was extremely difficult to access, hence the high price.
He also said that the problem would not cause drivability issues, so I decided to postpone the repair until the next scheduled service. Shortly after that we startled having issues with hot restart (like restarting after stopping for fuel).
I texted a good friend who is an ASE certified master technician. He asked me to pull up the fault codes from the onboard computer and text them to him, I did and he told me the part (evap. system purge valve assembly) that needed to be replaced, I ordered the part from MB of Tampa, with tax and shipping it cost just over $128.00. The part was readily accessible and took me less than an half-hour to swap out...it cleared the problem.
I contacted Michelle the service manager concerning this issue (and several others) and she defended their estimate. She emailed me the error codes that they pulled up and they were exactly the same as what I found!
This repair should have been less than $200.00 even at dealer prices.
Shortly after purchasing the car MB of Wesley Chapel quoted us a staggering $1800.00 and change for a "B" service.  MB of Tampa charges $499.00
This isn't the only service related issue we've experienced with MB of Wesley Chapel, to list them all I'd have to write a book.

I'm unclear of what value Mercedes of Wesley Chapel finds in alienating customers.

Caveat emptor-let the buyer beware!

The car is beautiful, but VERY disappointed in the delivery process. This was a custom build out I ordered in January. The sales rep literally had to do nothing for my sale. I walked in with exactly what I wanted. He said it would take about 6 months from production to deliver, which was accurate. When I got the call to pick up the car, I was told the car did some PDI inspection. I drove it out and no washer fluid which is something you would think service would check, the finance person didn’t give me any temporary registration card and seemed like he had an attitude and impatient because I had my funds in different accounts for MY PROTECTION, and still waiting on a demonstration of the car. My rep said he was too busy, so for me to come back days later, so my kid and I just went on Youtube to figure out certain features. I was just handed keys and sent on my way once they got my $30K. I thought for spending $120K on a car, I would have gotten much better delivery. Even Toyota did better than this and the car was half the price! If this is how the delivery process went, I doubt I want to deal with them for any service issues. They might forget to put a tire back on or something!
