Sealy Optimum 11" Elite Truth Firm (Queen): $300 . This includes the spring box as well. I bought it in end of May 2016 so it is approx 7 months old, but these mattress come with 10 year warranty. I can give you the 10 years warrnty card as well which I got after purchase. Its original without box price is $1649 + $249 taxes = around $1900 Have to sell as moving out of state.
